Integrated conflict management: a differentiating method

At RIBA-VIDAL Abogados we manage globally any type of conflict by implementing procedural intelligence techniques. Procedural intelligence is the result of synchronizing traditional procedural strategy with intelligence analysis.

What sets us apart from other legal firms is our own working method based on the so-called procedural intelligence which incorporates intelligence criteria (traditionally applied in the military and State field) to the legal field.

This is a much more sophisticated and innovative method that involves carrying out a specific analysis of the client to get to know him better and also all the parties involved in the process, analysing the facts with the different intelligence analysis techniques that exist in the market with the aim of achieving the best result for the client

Thus, when faced with a real, potential or future problem of our client, the first step is to analyse it integrally, that is, to analyse the facts, the human and legal elements in order to plan the best strategy.

Analysis of the facts

Always respecting all the guarantees in terms of Data Protection:

  • Verification by means of databases
  • Verification by means of research techniques
  • Obtaining new data
  • Attachment of evidence

Analysis of the subjects

(cognitive bias)

  • Client
  • Witnesses
  • Experts
  • Opposing party
  • Other operators

• Legal analysis

Assessment and legal analysis, accompanied by the use of modern artificial intelligence techniques.

In addition to creating a chart to detect threats and strengths, we will perform a procedural counterintelligence analysis and, with all the data, the professionals at RIBA-VIDAL Abogados will propose alternatives to solve the problem.

Solutions can be negotiated (open negotiation or mediation) or litigious (arbitration or ordinary jurisdiction).

At RIBA-VIDAL Abogados we defend the interests of our clients in all proceedings, whether acting as arbitrators or in litigation of any kind (civil, criminal, social, contentious-administrative proceedings), before the Constitutional Court and/or International Courts.
